Spacious, clean bedrooms with comfy beds. Spotless bathroom with good shower. Central location, close to attractions and nightlife. No noise at night, overlooking beautiful courtyard. Very friendly and welcoming host. Would recommend.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions. The host, Marion, was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure all our questions were answered quickly. She even allowed us to have a late check-out, which was a great bonus. The apartment itself was cozy and warm, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. we highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Edinburgh.

Our recent stay at the Royal Mile Apartment was fantastic. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The apartment was clean and well presented, with a spacious bathroom and excellent water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated the fast wifi and large windows that let in lots of natural light. Despite being on a busy road, the noise was surprisingly minimal. we had a great experience.

While the apartment had many positives, there were a few minor inconveniences. The windows were tough to open and close, although this didn't affect us much as we visited in the summer.

Fantastic location just minutes away from the train station. Comfortable apartment with spacious rooms. Great shower and water pressure. Espresso maker was a nice touch.

The TV didn't work and we couldn't get any signal. The heating wouldn't turn on and the owner was unhelpful in resolving the issue.

We had a wonderful family trip and stayed at a clean and well-presented property on the Royal Mile. The comfortable beds, convenient location, and accommodating host made our stay enjoyable. The apartment had a spacious bathroom, new facilities, and blackout curtains for a restful sleep. Being close to breakfast places and pubs, yet away from the crowds, was perfect. We loved our stay and would definitely return.
